Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to Viewbox are final and non-refundable. Because Pro is a digital service that gives you immediate access to premium features, we do not provide refunds — in full or in part — including for:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Unused time remaining on a subscription;
• Failure to use the Service during a paid period; or
• Cancellation before the end of your billing cycle.

This applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Pro gives you access to its features for the agreed period. Any fee, the included features, and the duration are confirmed with you before Pro starts. Pro does not renew automatically — it ends when the period is over, and you may arrange to continue if you wish.

Because Pro does not renew automatically, there is nothing to cancel — your access simply ends when the period is over, and if you do not wish to continue you need do nothing. Stopping or not continuing Pro does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous period.

We will act on refunds only where we are required to by applicable law, or in the case of a clear duplicate or erroneous charge. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us promptly using the details below and we will investigate.
